Privacy & Advertising
World Art is a Subvert.Cloud project and a living digital exhibition. This notice explains the information used to operate the gallery and how advertising may support its public availability.
Information used by the gallery
World Art uses an email address to provide passwordless account access, associate your monthly contribution allowance with you, send essential service messages, prevent abuse, and respond to privacy requests. Public displays use a contributor name or code rather than an email address.
Contributions and provenance
Submitted prompts, generated images, creation dates, exhibition records, model and workflow identifiers, moderation decisions, and contributor codes may be preserved as part of the collection’s provenance. Work remains private until it completes review and is approved for the gallery.
Security and retention
Account and operational records are stored on access-controlled systems. Email addresses are protected separately from public gallery records. Records are retained as needed to operate the permanent collection, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse.
Cookies and advertising
The gallery uses essential browser storage for account access and viewing preferences. If Google advertising is enabled after site approval, Google and other advertising vendors may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or similar identifiers to serve, measure, and personalize ads where permitted. Visitors can manage personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings.
Where required, advertising and non-essential storage will be controlled through a Google-certified consent management platform. Declining advertising consent will not prevent access to the exhibition.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, or other legally available privacy rights. Some provenance and collection records may need to be retained where permitted by law or required to preserve the integrity of an already-published exhibition.
Contact
Privacy, removal, and copyright requests may be sent to entrance@worldart.subvert.cloud.
